Description

Fife Council are looking to establish a 3 Ranked supplier Framework for Pitched Roof Replacements. The estimated spend is GBP 5 million per year for the replacement programme. This spend includes inhouse and sub-contracted work. Lot 1: This Framework exercise will be a Two stage process. Suppliers will be invited to the prequalification in Stage 1 (SPD) and those shortlisted from there will be invited to tender in Stage 2. It is anticipated the specification will include Pitched Roof Replacements for both domestic and non domestic properties, including: Tiled Roofs Slate Roofs Scaffolding Rhones and Downpipes Associated Works .
