Description

Perth and Kinross Council is inviting qualified contractors to join a new Framework Agreement designed to support our in-house team. This opportunity involves delivering responsive, ad-hoc repair and maintenance services, including emergency call-outs, to both our tenanted and void properties across our domestic housing stock. We welcome interest from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and contractors who may not have worked with us before. Lot 11: Fencing Installation and repair of wooden boundary fences and gates, including communal areas. Additional information: Th estimated annual value is 40,000GBP Lot 1: Plumbing Minor pipework repairs, clearing blockages to sinks & toilets, replacing sanitary ware (e.g. toilets, basins) Additional information: Estimated annual value is 300,000GBP Lot 2: Electrical Work Minor repairs to faulty switch/socket, inspection and testing to void properties, full rewires. Additional information: The estimated annual value is 300,000 GBP Lot 3: Joinery Minor repairs to internal doors, kitchen units, skirtings boards and flooring. Additional information: The estimated annual value is 200,000GBP Lot 4: Painting and Decorating Decorating single room to full properties during void period, mould treatment and prevention. Additional information: The estimated annual value is 250,000GBP Lot 5: Builder Repairing or renewing path and steps, harling and render repairs to external fabric of building. Additional information: The estimated annual value is 50,000GBP Lot 6: Plasterer Patch repairs and full-room plastering. Additional information: The estimated annual value is 50,000 GBP Lot 7: Roofer Roof leak repairs, replacing individual slates, repairs to chimneys, full roof replacement. Additional information: The estimated annual value is 100,000GBP Lot 8: Glazing Window and door glazing repairs and replacements. Additional information: The estimated annual value is 300,000GBP Lot 9: Drainage External drainage works within property boundaries, including excavations and CCTV surveys. Additional information: The estimated annual value is 250,000GBP Lot 10: Blacksmith Metal fence and gate repairs/replacements, garage door repairs including lock changes.
