The aim of this procurement is to procure a general system that gives users access to eBooks. The system must include a user friendly eBook reader/loan application that facilitates a good reader experience, spreading literature and simple retrieval. The procurement must also cover a procurement system with intuitive and user friendly interface that ensures efficient procurements of new eBooks/new content. In addition, the system must have administrative functionality, which, amongst other things, makes it possible to maintain available content and extract relevant statistics.
