Procurement of Library Platform

Description

Drammen Municipality has entered into a contract for a holistic library platform in order to support all library functions and ensure efficient and innovative operation. The aim is automated work processes for employees and effective communication with and dissemination to users. Lot 1: Aim of the contract: Ensure efficient and innovative operation and development of the libraries in that the platform: - Covers all functions for operation of a modern library - Has effective and automated work processes ensuring optimal resource utilisation - Supports innovative development of the library service offers - Supports active negotiation - Supports good and optimised services for the residents - Is open and can be integrated with other systems/solutions - Is independent of device type and always available
