The aim of this procurement is to procure a general system that gives users access to eBooks/eAudio books. The system must include a user friendly eBook/eAudio book reader/loan application that facilitates a good reader experience, spreading literature, and simple retrieval. The procurement must also cover a procurement system with intuitive and user friendly interface that ensures efficient procurements of new eBooks/new content. Lot 1: The aim of this procurement is to procure a general system that gives users access to eBooks and eAudio books for the public libraries and school libraries in Vestfold and Telemark. The service must be provided over the internet 'as-a-service'. The system must include a user friendly eBook/eAudio book reader/loan application that facilitates a good reader experience, spreading literature, and simple retrieval. The procurement must also cover a procurement system with intuitive and user friendly interface that ensures efficient procurements of new content. In addition, the system must have administrative functionality, which, amongst other things, makes it possible to maintain available content and extract relevant statistics.
