Summary of the work: IPSA’s three websites are central to how IPSA engages with MPs, their staff and the public. However, the sites are now six years old, receive consistently negative feedback regarding usability and don’t meet standards for accessibility. We need to create a centralised platform for communication between us, MPs and their staff, the public and other stakeholders.
