Provision of Blackpool Coastal Housing (BCH) Estates Cleaning

Description

You are invited to submit a Tender for the Provision of Blackpool Coastal Housing (BCH) Estates Cleaning. The Contracting Authority is conducting a Procurement Procedure following the Procurement Act 2023 open tender procedure. The Contracting Authority is looking to appoint a single Supplier to perform Estates Cleaning for BCH. The full scope of the Contracting Authority’s requirements can be found in document Appendix A. The Contracting Authority wishes to appoint a Supplier who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most advantageous tender. It is anticipated that the contract term will be from 1st November 2026 to 31st October 2028, with the option to extend incrementally for a period of 1+1 years (subject to contract review and budget availability).
