Description

The main aim and purpose of work is to ensure public conveniences and waiting rooms are cleaned to an acceptable standard of cleanliness and defects reported timeously to keep buildings in good working order. Lot 1: The work consists of cleaning the premises to a set standard (as specified by the Authority) and reporting damage or defects to the building or fixtures and fittings. Keyholder responsibilities may be included. The Contract is expected to commence by 1 May 2025 and will be for a period of 3 years with 2 Authority held options to extend for a further 12 months each. It is estimated that the value will be approximately GBP 2500 per annum. All materials and equipment is provided.
