Procurement - measuring receivers

The Norwegian Communications Authority (Nkom) intends to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the procurement of 3-5 new instruments that will mainly be used at remote controlled measuring stations. The instruments must be able to tolerate voltage failure, so that it is possible to start them up again when the electricity comes back without having to be physically present at the station. The framework agreement will be valid for four years. Several equivalent instruments could be procured, these instruments will be taken up as options on otherwise equal terms. Tenderers must submit a tender for 3-5 new instruments, which must be delivered and paid for in 2021, and an offer for several instruments that will be taken up as options over a four year period.
