Description

This notice is for a proposed renewal framework for contractors to provide a range of energy efficiency works and services. Lot 1: Professional Services The services under this lot may include, but not limited to; architects, retrofit co-ordinators, EPC assessors, managing agent. Lot 2: Building Fabric Measures The works under this lot may include but not limited to; external wall insulation, cavity wall insulation, HTT cavity wall insulation, loft/rafter/room in roof insulation, internal wall insulation, under floor insulation, low rise windows and doors, high rise windows and doors and flat pitched and extension roofs. Lot 3: Heating, Hot Water and Ventilation The works under this lot may include, but not limited to; Gas boiler, Heating systems, Heating controls and Hot Water Cylinders, Electric Heating - Storage Heaters, Infrared and Panel Heating, Ventilation systems, Commercial heating services - commercial boilers, Air Source Heat Pumps and Ground Source Heat Pumps Lot 4: Renewables The works included under this lot may include, but not limited to; Solar Battery Storage, Solar PV, Solar Thermal and Heat Battery.
