The procurement will cover the contracting authority's need for ongoing and operations related contractor services (the Service) as support for daily operations and the development of the Municipality's properties. The need will be covered by entering into subcontracts within several areas. A subcontract will be signed for each contractor service. The subcontracts are divided up as follows: 1) Electrical Services, 2) Plumbing Services, 3) Carpentry Services, 4) Ventilation and Flashing and Guttering Work, 5) Painting and Floor Laying, 6) Ceiling and System Walls, 7) Key Systems. The service covers different projects of a varying nature, size, cost, duration and degree of difficulty in the contract period. Dates will be given for the individual services in the call-offs. General service, maintenance, new installations, checks and troubleshooting in electrical installations. Electrical services will carry out annual services on fire installations, smoke lids, and other installations. The tenderer will also assist the contracting authority by administering the municipality's alarm transfers, currently AddSecure and follow-up deviations after inspections by the energy provider (Agder energi) via web. The tenderer must offer FSL courses and their own courses for building operators that operate and work electrical installations in buildings and construction sites. The tenderer must have the competence to assist the contracting authority with technical installations such as video monitoring, burglary alarms, control of venetian blinds, etc. These assignments can alternatively be carried out via subsuppliers that are approved by the contracting authority. This assignment can alternatively be carried out by subsuppliers that are approved by the contracting authority. The tenderer must reckon on being asked to deliver other minor trade services from other disciplines, such as concrete work, concrete cutting, concrete drilling, plastering, etc. These services can alternatively be carried out by sub-suppliers that are approved by the contracting authority. General services, maintenance, adjustments, inside climate measurements, air volume measurements, new installations, inspections, and troubleshooting in ventilation installations. The tenderer must also maintain and be in charge of new installations within sheet metal, fittings and heat pumps. These services can alternatively be carried out by sub-suppliers that are approved by the contracting authority. The service and new installation of large heat pumps at the contracting authority requires the necessary authorisations. General maintenance, repairs and new buildings within painting and floor laying services. The tenderer must be able to delivery paint, floor products, relevant tools and interior equipment that the municipality will assemble itself. The tenderer must be able to assist with humidity measurements where damp damage is suspected. The tenderer must reckon on being asked to deliver other minor trade services from other disciplines, such as industry floor, internal sun shading, etc. These assignments can alternatively be carried out by subsuppliers that are approved by the contracting authority. Repairs and new installations of ceiling systems and system walls. The tenderer must be able to deliver material and equipment that the Municipality will assemble itself. General services, maintenance, new installations and troubleshooting in the Municipality's access control and key systems. The tenderer must be able to delivery keys, lock plans, access cards with pictures, door automation and lock systems that the municipality will assemble itself. Ordering keys and access cards must be via the internet.
