HSE Estates SW: Painting and Redecoration Works for Cork North Area

The Contracting Entity is undertaking a competitive tender process to award a single supplier Contract to meet the following requirements: The Contracting Authority intends to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to perform the following duties: Works include (but are not limited to): • Interior and exterior painting • Ceiling painting • Joinery and trim painting including architraves, frames, skirting, window boards, and doors Typical work areas may include: • Wall surface areas up to and exceeding 250m² • Ceiling surface areas up to and exceeding 100m² • Internal joinery quantities up to and exceeding: • 100m architraves/frames • 5m window boards • 20m² doors • 100m skirting HSE Cork North seeks to balance operating cost with adequate supply service. Following completion of the evaluation process, the highest-scoring tenderer from among the panel members shall be awarded a Term Maintenance Contract (PW-CF11 v1.5). The HSE gives no guarantee in respect of the volume, value, or frequency of works, nor the number of personnel required at any time. The contractor may be appointed, where required, as Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PSDP) and/or Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage (PSCS) in accordance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013, as amended or replaced from time to time. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to award individual minor works packages directly to the successful tenderer up to a maximum value of €50,000 per works package.
