Description

The Contracting Entity is undertaking a competitive tender process to award a single supplier Contract to meet the following requirements: The Contracting Authority intends to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to perform the following duties: Works include (but are not limited to): • Interior and exterior painting • Ceiling painting • Joinery and trim painting including architraves, frames, skirting, window boards, and doors Typical work areas may include: • Wall surface areas up to and exceeding 250m² • Ceiling surface areas up to and exceeding 100m² • Internal joinery quantities up to and exceeding: • 100m architraves/frames • 5m window boards • 20m² doors • 100m skirting HSE UHK seeks to balance operating cost with adequate supply service.
