Waterford Leader Partnership CLG proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a framework agreement for an IT Services Contract and provision of desktop computer, notebooks/laptops, and associated ICT peripherals and services This competition relates to the establishment of a single-party framework with one economic operator. Thereafter that economic operator being entitled to be considered for all contracts within the scope of the framework.
