The contracting authority invites tenderers to apply for prequalification for participation in a restricted tender competition. The tender contest is for a turnkey contract with an interaction phase for project 103 Extension and Alteration of Ål Arts Centre in Ål municipality.. Ål Arts Centre shall be altered and extended to house Landsdelscene for dans, Voksenopplæring and Frivillingsentral, in addition to the current functions. A feasibility study, room programme and function programme have been prepared for the development. Ål Arts Centre is in the centre of Ål, the current development plan is planID 2003003, Development Plan for the Centre of Sundre. Ål municipality is in the process of preparing a new municipal detailed development plan for Ål Arts Centre. The contract terms for the development are in the latest version of 8407. The Guidelines on Interaction Contracts — EBA (Prepared by the Entreprenørforeningen — Bygg og anlegg) shall be a supplement to the standard.
