Sheffield Crisis Café and Wellbeing Ambassadors In developing the Crisis Café provision, NHS Sheffield Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG)is seeking to offer two contracts to an organisation, or organisations, that will ensure our population (age 16 plus) have an effective support option when they are in need of mental health support or having a mental health crisis. It is key that the opening times of the provision correspond with peak demand for mental health support in the city and that appropriate, timely and compassionate support is made available to for our population to de-escalate crisis situations and improve people’s wellbeing and life outcomes. The tender process will start in December 2021. In preparation we will be holding an open market engagement event to share more details about our plans, hear your views and answer any questions you may have. An agenda for the market event is included. The meeting will take place on Monday 29th November 2021, between 11am and 12 noon.
