Description

The Contracting Authority (NLW) is seeking to procure a suitable provider (or consortium) for an integrated communications campaign (specifically brand, design, copywriting, print, digital content, launch events and press campaigns) for a new immersive experience based on the Welsh Artist Kyffin Williams scheduled to open mid-September 2026. The exhibition will use the Library’s Kyffin Williams Collections to offer an immersive, multi-sensory experience that re-interprets his work combining art, sound, digital media and an engagement area. The project is a flagship programme for the Library and is expected to attract significant public interest, new audiences, media attention and visitor numbers.
