Asbestos Services Framework

Description

This Contract Award Notice is issued by Tai Tarian in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 and confirms the award of a Framework for Asbestos Services. The Framework has been established to support the delivery of Tai Tarian's Asbestos Management and Remediation Programme across its property portfolio of over 9,000 properties, comprising domestic housing, flats and sheltered housing complexes. The procurement was conducted using the Open Procedure and was divided into the following Lots: - Lot 1 – Licensed and Non-Licensed Asbestos Removal - Lot 2 – Non-Licensed Asbestos Removal - Lot 3 – Asbestos Surveying, Sampling and Air Testing/Monitoring The Most Advantageous Tender(s) have been appointed to each Lot in accordance with the published procurement documents and evaluation methodology.
