Provision of the Supply and Installation of Planned Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishments and Associated Works

Description

Amplius intends to award the contracts for the delivery of planned kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works across its housing stock in the East Midlands, Midlands, and West Midlands regions of England. The scope of works includes the design (where required), supply, installation, and replacement of kitchens and bathrooms, together with associated plumbing, electrical, ventilation, flooring, decoration, making-good works, and asbestos surveys and removals where required. The programme is expected to deliver approximately 1,100 kitchen refurbishments and 900 bathroom refurbishments annually across the duration of the contract, supporting Amplius' planned investment programme and long-term asset management strategy.
