4,472m2 Advanced Technology Unit at IDA Parkmore Business & Technology Park, Galway

Description

The proposed works is for the construction of a 4,472m2 Advanced Technology Unit comprising of Production Space, two storey offices and staff facilities and assoicated site works at the IDA Parkmore Business and Technology Park, Galway. The works will provided the IDA with approx 4,472m2 Advanced Technology Unit comprising of office space and production area, and will include associated car parking, site services, landscaping and associated works with additional lands adjoining the site to the offices for the opportunity for extension. This project is being procured by IDA Ireland under Directive 2014/24/EU on public procurement as implemented into Irish law by SI No. 284 of 2016. All relevant references to previous EU and Irish public procurement legislation should thus be read as references to the current legislation.
