The Scottish Government on behalf of Scottish Ministers has a requirement to implement an evaluation framework for the First Minister’s National Advisory Council on Women and Girls’ (NACWG) Phase Two activity. The successful tenderer will develop a bespoke evaluation plan that will evaluate Phase Two activity, to identify elements of good practice and ensure the NACWG are fulfilling its remit and objectives.
