An award has been made by Neath Port Talbot Council for the following: Background:- Neath Port Talbot Council has recently been awarded funding from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. The UK Shared Prosperity Fund (SPF) will invest in local priorities and target funding where there is evidence of need. One strand of the funding is the ‘Place Anchor Scheme’ which includes the Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Events Fund (HCTE) and the Destination Marketing and Pride of Place Campaign. The HCTE fund aims to deliver heritage, culture and tourism priorities through capital and revenue grants to public, private and third sector organisations.
