Lot 1: NSAI, The Irish Type Approval Authority, had identified a requirement, as per Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1151 as amended by Regulation (EU) 2018/1832, to provide Vehicle In-Service Conformity Emission Testing Following consultation with NSAI and the identification of families for test the successful tenderer would perform the following: 1. ISC Preparation a. Project co-ordination in accordance with Annex II of (EU) 2018/1832, to include i. Vehicle sourcing, inspection, interviews, logistics etc. ii. Sourcing of vehicle documentation, i.e. COC iii. Proposed vehicles will be approved by NSAI in advance of testing iv. Test plan to be generated 2. ISC Testing a. Full set-up and testing in accordance with Annex II of (EU) 2018/1832 3. Test Report Generation a. As per test plan and per vehicle b. Preparation of data for input to EU Commission Electronic Platform
