Teagasc invites tenders for the Establishment of a Single-Party Framework Agreement for the provision of Long Range Sequencing Services to Teagasc The Initial Contract is for being for Oxford Nanopore long-range sequences of approximately 30 Bos Taurus samples at depth >20X. Service to include High Molecular Weight DNA extraction from semen all the way through sequencing and base calling (but also to include FAST5 files), and identification of modified bases .
