Prior Information Notice - purchase of round the clock treatment within rehabilitation//habilitation for youth and adults with mental illness

The purpose of the request for procurement of round the clock treatment within rehabilitation/habilitation for youth and adults with mental illness is to fulfil the health region’s ‘take care of’-responsibility in order to ensure the public has access to necessary health services. The contract concerns purchase of rehabilitation/habilitation in a round the clock situation for youth and adults with mental illnesses where outpatient clinic treatment and day treatment are not sufficient, and where the patients need close follow-up from the institution in to master their own health, living situation, education and/or work. The basis for entering into a contract without a prior contest notice is that after exploring the market there is only one supplier who can offer this adapted service in the region of the Northern Norway Regional Health Authority.
