Contract award: 24 hour Health and Care Services to the municipalities in the Kongsvinger Region 2021-2026

The contracting authority has entered into a contract for the supply of 24 hour health and care services for persons with mental disorders and or substance abuse problems, often combined with mental retardation or other behavioural problems. Click here https://permalink.mercell.com/166745028.aspx Lot 1: 24 hour health and care services: Lot 1-3 The contracting authority wants tender offers for 24 hour health and care services for people with mental disorders and or substance abuse problems, often combined with mental retardation or other behavioural problems. The services that will be procured are divided into the following categories: - Category 1: 24 hour staffed low-threshold care services for drug addicts. - Category 2: 24 hour health and care services for adults with mental illness, including dementia and/or substance abuse problems combined with mental disability or other behavioural problems. - Category 3: 24 hour health and care services for children/youth with mental illness and/or mental disability or other behavioural problems. The procurement does not include the purchase of services related to BPA or other child protective services. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years calculated from the date the contract comes into force. The contracting authority has the unilateral right to extend the contract for an additional three years. The contract can be extended for 1+1+1 year.
