Description
The Novo Nordisk Foundation Centers for Protein Research and Stem Cell Biology are housed within the University of Copenhagen. The centers cooperate on several technology platforms to ensure expert support and help with novel technologies. Both centers are focusing on identifying basic biology with the potential to improve the medical science and patient care. Lot 1: We want to obtain a spatial transcriptomics workflow station using the molecular chartography technology developed by Resolved Biosciences. The technology allows for the analysis of 100-120 transcript types at the same time at high magnification (20-60x) allowing to correlate not only expression levels per cell in a tissue, but also intra-cellular transcript location.
