Pendle Borough Council are establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of various engineering works which will be created following completion of this Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) process. Once Bidders have been accepted onto the DPS, they will be invited to tender for individual contracts.
