Description

The Contracting Authority proposes to conduct a competitive procurement process under the Accelerated Open Procedure to establish a single operator framework agreement for the provision of a web-based digital wayfinding solution and associated services. The scope of the framework includes the design, development, deployment, configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the solution. The initial contract will comprise the design, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of the web-based digital wayfinding application, together with the creation of accurate indoor digital maps for all campuses within scope. These maps will include searchable points of interest (POIs), such as rooms, departments, facilities, amenities, and entrances. The solution must support safe and independent navigation for all users, with accessibility embedded as a core principle throughout the design, implementation, and support of the service.
