DPS for Minor Works and Services

National Framework Partnership on behalf of Hyde Housing Association has established a Dynamic Purchasing System relating to Minor Works and supporting Services, for use by any UK public sector body (and any future successors to these organisations), as listed on the ONS and the FAQ section of www.nationalframeworkpartnership.co.uk A full list of potential contracting authorities on the ONS can be found here under the most recent file: https://www.ons.gov.uk/economy/nationalaccounts/uksectoraccounts/datasets/publicsectorclassificationguide Lot 1: The DPS will be apportioned into: Workstream. CPV Category. Client Type. Region. Value. During the DPS validity period, an Authorised User or Contracting Authority will be able to search for Potential Providers that match their requirements using: the works or services category, location of the project, the value of a project and any other criteria deemed necessary and available within the standard search criteria. Each Contracting Authority will be allowed to issue a Capability Assessment as part of its Mini Competition to establish a final supplier list to invite to tender. It will also be possible to combine categories where there are clear synergies and common industry precedents. Subject to the above and geographical restrictions by the Potential Providers themselves, a Contracting Authority will invite all Potential Providers on the DPS (who possess the relevant services category and the appropriate financial notation within the DPS) to bid for the specific contract. Where it is intended to engage a single Supplier to deliver a project, the Potential Providers shall be competent in undertaking a complete solution. It will also be possible to combine categories where there are clear synergies and common industry precedents. Not every specific service that may be procured under the DPS can be clearly defined at this stage, however, the nature and types of works that may be required can include but are not limited to those works identified by the CPV codes listed. The DPS will be apportioned by Workstream and CPV Type. There will be an initial setup phase, inviting suppliers to participate. Suppliers admitted to the DPS will be offered opportunities to tender for individual contracts in the form of further competitions throughout the term of the DPS.
