Agder Energi Nett AS (AEN) intends to enter into a framework agreement with Geomatikk AS for the total delivery of a excavation notices and detection services. The service includes excavation notices on the internet, customer call centre, detection, electronic feedback to the excavation contractor/orderer and to AEN about what has been detected, electronic follow-up of contracts about ‘nearby work’ and integration with Nettesentralen's DMS (distribution management system). AEN has twice previously held a competition for this service and in both competitions awarded the framework agreement to Geomatikk. Geomatikk has not had real competitors within the total delivery either of the times. Other internet companies either perform the service themselves or have a total supplier (Geomatikk). Overall, there are no other suppliers in the market that can offer such a total delivery.
