Framework agreement for site work

Description

Oslo Municipality, c/o the Agency for Urban Environment, would like to enter a parallel framework agreement for site work that can include all of the Agency for Urban Environment's management area. The framework agreement will be split into two sub-contracts: Part 1 will include site work for electrotechnical installations such as traffic lights, electricity outlets for events, charging stations, lighting, and parking machines. Part 2 will be more comprehensive site work for work on, along, and in roads, and other ground and surface work within the agency's other fields, such as urban spaces, park areas, etc. The Agency for Urban Environment would like up to six contractors per sub-contract. The total need is estimated to be NOK 410 - 650 million for both sub-contracts in the Framework agreement over a four-year period. Lot 1: Part 1 - site work electro Part 1 will include site work for electrotechnical installations such as traffic lights, electricity outlets for events, charging stations, lighting, and minor excavation work for parking machines. The execution of the assignment will be based on the description, overview of amounts in the price items (not process codes 1), necessary map and sketches, with referral to the Agency for Urban Environment's own norms and templates. Lot 2: Part 2 - site work projects Part 2 will involve more comprehensive site work that will mainly be for work on, along, and in roads, but that will also include ground and surface work within the agency's other fields, such as urban spaces, park areas, footpaths, sports facilities, etc. A separate description has been prepared based on the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's hand book R761, Process Codes 1. It is also based on the Agency for Urban Environment's current norms and templates. Attached as a document.
