Description
Dacorum Borough Council’s current Housing Repairs and Maintenance contract is due to expire in June 2025, however there is the option to extend this contract for a further 12 months. The Council are currently in the pre-procurement phase for the replacement contract and are seeking views and feedback from potential providers who have provided similar services to assist Dacorum Brought Council shape and develop the requirements and strategy. Interested providers are requested to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) by completing Appendix 1 in the Market Dialogue document which can be found on the Council's e-tendering portal, https://in-tendhost.co.uk/supplyhertfordshire/aspx/Home. To download the document, please register on the portal and download the document under Tenders --> Current Tenders. EOI will need to be submitted via the e-tendering portal by 12pm on the 4th July 2024.
