Description

The objectives of the two lots within this Framework are: Lot 1 Permanent-Way and Associated Services: This Lot will be for the delivery of professional services related to Permanent-Way infrastructure projects and maintenance. Lot 2 Civil and Structural Professional Services: This Lot will be for the provision of Civil Engineering related professional services. Across the two lots, main objectives of this Framework include: • Excellent health, safety and environment performance through proactive leadership and innovation • An open, collaborative approach to delivery between Supplier and Client organisations • Value for money and efficiencies over the life of the Framework Upon appointment to the Framework, the Supplier and Client teams will work collaboratively to further develop these objectives and jointly define methods of measuring if benefits have been achieved.
