An ESPO national framework for the supply & direct delivery of cleaning materials and janitorial supplies to eligible customers, specifically those with bulk supply requirements. The Framework is NOT divided into lots. Please refer to the tender documents for further details - the closing date for submission of Tenders has been extended to 12:00 (12 noon) on 26 January 2026.
