National Framework for Mechanical and Electrical Solutions

Added Value Portal t/a Pagabo, acting on behalf of Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust, is looking to appoint a number of organisations to a Framework Agreement to provide a range of mechanical and electrical related works, from £50,000 across multiple geographical areas. The framework will cover, but is not limited to, new builds, refurbishment and maintenance requirements. The Framework Agreement will be established for a period of 4 years, with no option to extend. This Framework Agreement is being advertised and tendered, so it can be utilised by all public-sector bodies (including Charities) in the UK, the full list of applicable public sector organisations is available in the Tender synopsis on Pagabo's In- Tend portal - https://in-tendhost.co.uk/pagabo/aspx/ProjectManage/1265. The framework shall have the facility for Clients to Direct Award and Further Compete their requirement. Lot 1: Lot 1a - Mechanical Works £50,000 to £500,000 For the provision of mechanical works packages, between £50,000 and £500,000, including installation, repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment. Additional information: Whilst this procurement isn't related to a specific project and/or programme financed by European Union funds, it is anticipated that there may be specific projects awarded via this framework which are financed by European Union funds. Lot 2: Lot 1b - Mechanical Works £500,000 to £1,000,000 For the provision of mechanical works packages, between £500,000 and £1,000,000, including installation, repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment. Lot 3: Lot 1c - Mechanical Works £1,000,000 to £3,000,000 For the provision of mechanical works packages, between £1,000,000 and £3,000,000, including installation, repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment. Lot 4: Lot 1d - Mechanical Works £3,000,000 or more For the provision of mechanical works packages £3,000,000 or greater, including installation, repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment. Lot 5: Lot 2a - Electrical Works £50,000 to £500,000 For the provision of electrical works packages, between £50,000 and £500,000, including installation, repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment. Lot 6: Lot 2b - Electrical Works £500,000 to £1,000,000 For the provision of mechanical works packages, between £500,000 and £1,000,000, including installation, repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
