Description

Renovering af 6 eksisterende laboratoriebygninger på Aarhus Universitet. Alle bygningerne skal energirenoveres, hvilket omfatter udskiftning af udvendige vinduer, vinduespartier og døre samt efterisolering og udskiftning af tagbelægningen. 3 af bygningerne, ca. 11 000 m2 skal totalrenoveres indvendigt, dette indebærer tømning af bygninger, bygningssanering, omfattende konstruktive afstivninger, nedbrydning og statiske indgreb. Alle overflader, tekniske installationer og al laboratorieinventar skal udskiftes til GMO1, GMO2 og GMO3 laboratorier Der henvises til det øvrige udbudsmateriale.
