Description

The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to participate in a competition for a framework agreement regarding the procurement of portrait photography for Viken fylkeskommune [Viken County] (Akershus, Buskerud and Østfold). The contracting authority has a need for portrait photos (Bulk photography) of all their 50 000 users in 2019/2020, with photography of all first classes in the consequent school year, and the years ahead. The portrait photos will be used for i.a. ID cards and professional systems that naturally include a portrait photo. The photography will take place at various locations. A comprehensive description of the contract is given in the annexes to the tender documentation.
