Description
The Authority intends to establish an agreement with one service provider for the provision of Fleet Vehicle Management Services for its entire operational fleet. This Request for Tender (RFT) issued by the Sea Fisheries Protection Authority invites suitably qualified Vehicle Fleet Management Service Providers to provide a full suite of fleet management services required by the SFPA as follows: • Account Management* o Proactive problem solving o Actively working to reduce costs associated with annual fleet maintenance o To attend a minimum of four review meetings per year • Scheduling servicing of all vehicles, including service due calls and reporting; • Comprehensive routine fleet maintenance*; • Out of hours repair, recovery or replacement; • Liaison with insurers for all motor insurance claims*; • Management of repairs; • Fleet specific Health and Safety advice (e.g. product recalls etc); • Assistance with registration and roll out of new vehicles*; • Vehicle taxation; • CVRT and NCT vehicle testing; • Management of fines; • Monthly and ad-hoc reporting; • Provision of courtesy or hire vehicles; • Disposal processing for end of life vehicles*; • Assistance with production of policy and procedural documents; • Collation of driver annual insurance declaration returns; • Investigation and resolution of complaints; • Establishing / facilitating expansion of supplier network to best serve our drivers in remote office locations resulting in reduced operational downtime of both vehicles and drivers; • Any other assistance with the day to day running of the fleet as may be required from time to time.
