Construction work

Description

The purpose of the procurement is to cover the need for trade services for the implementation of plumbing work in accordance with the requirement specification. The work will mainly consist of ongoing maintenance and repairs, work on renovations both inside and outside, and minor expansions and extensions. Contract assignments can be included in the contract if the contracting authority deems it appropriate. Framework agreements will be entered into with up to six (6) suppliers of plumbing trade services per geographic lot: 1) Ålesund North 2) Ålesund West 3) Ålesund East. Tenderers can submit a tender for one/several/all of the parts. Each lot will be evaluated and awarded separately, and must, therefore, be priced independently of each other. Tenderers are asked to assess their capacity as regards to how many sub-areas they can submit a tender for.
