De Montfort University is undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement with the catering and hospitality market for an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of our catering provision at the Leicester campus. We are looking for operators to help realise our vision for a vibrant and inclusive catering offer. This will include a range of services across campus — such as food retail outlets, cafés, coffee shops, sandwich bars, hospitality for events, vending, seasonal and pop-up offers, and a campus retail shop — with a strong emphasis on quality, diversity, and innovation. At this stage, any information gathered through this Exercise will inform internal business planning and any possible subsequent procurement process and will NOT be appraised in any future tender evaluation exercise.
