Administration services

Description

The proposed contract is to manage the administration of 3 Official Development Assistance (ODA) grant schemes focusing on biodiversity conservation and poverty alleviation and the illegal wildlife trade and includes, but not limited to: 1) Deliver ongoing administration services to projects under all 3 schemes, including liaison with live projects to manage and follow up issues; 2) Oversee the financial management of projects, including making payments to projects starting after 1.7.2020; 3) Facilitate independent assessments of the strongest applications and provide effective management and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of all projects; 4) Plan, organise and facilitate workshops as required, both in the UK and overseas; 5) Liaise with a separate M&E contractor on programmatic monitoring and evaluation of the funds, which will involve sharing of documentation, reports and knowledge of the project portfolio; 6) Additional services may be required on a call-off basis.
