Description

The National Treasury Management Agency (describing itself as the National Development Finance Agency) (the ‘NDFA’) for and on behalf of the Department of Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government (as Sanctioning Authority) and Cork County Council (as Sponsoring Agency) gives notice of its intention to procure, by Public Private Partnership (‘PPP’), the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of a number of social housing developments in Ireland, as part of the second project bundle of the Social Housing PPP Programme. The social Housing PPP Bundle 2 is expected to consist of eight social housing developments located in Counties Cork, Waterford, Clare, Galway, Roscommon and Kildare.
