This call for tenders aims at acquiring various learning programmes for the EIB Group staff through the following services: — blended learning programmes design, — customization to EIB specific needs, if required, — delivery in instructor-led face-to face or virtual mode, — delivery of other blended learning materials if required: videos, articles, exercises etc., — measurement of outcomes, quality check and continuous improvement. Lot 1: Self an Social Awareness, Self-leading and Efficiency at Work; Services provided under this lot shall cover awareness learning programmes on: — emotional intelligence, — know your strengths, self-assessment, — positive and growth mind-set, — interpersonal communication, — conflict management, — stress management, — dealing with uncertainty and change, — mindfulness, — resilience, — multicultural awareness, — leading meetings, — time and priorities management, — taking minutes and notes, — mind mapping, — telework efficiency, — working in virtual environment. Lot 2: Managing own Development and Performance Services provided under this lot shall cover learning programmes on: — EIB Core competencies for newcomers, — self-assessment of competencies and objectives, — how to prepare for year-end performance discussion, — development paths, — diversity and inclusion. Lot 3: Professional Communication and Transfer of Knowledge Services provided under this lot shall cover learning programmes on: — facilitation and moderation skills in face to face and in virtual environment, — train the trainer for face-to-face and virtual environment, — public speaking in face-to-face and in virtual environment, — storytelling, — negotiation skills, — influencing skills, — presentation skills in face-to-face and virtual environment.
