Training, Updating and Promotion of Statistical Tools for Developing Countries

Description

The aim of the contract is to support the National Statistical Systems (NSS) of the ACP/ALA countries to develop and produce reliable and comparable statics, in line with European and international norms and standards. The support will be delivered by providing training on two categories of statistical tools. The first category includes IT tools that support countries in their statistical production and data transmission (ERETES, EUROTRACE, SDMX). The second category of tools is designed to empower partners at the country level (e.g the NSOs, or the EU Delegations) to develop their statistical capacity building projects independently, or with minimal support from Eurostat.
