EIB Institute – Knowledge Programme Service Provider for the EIB Summer School (2022-2023-2024-2025 Editions), its Alumni Programme and Events Linked to the University Chairs Sponsored by the EIB

Description

The Knowledge programme team wishes to contract a service provider whose tasks will mainly be the organisation and implementation of each edition of the EIB Summer School (2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025), the implementation of initiatives of the EIB Summer School alumni programme, and the implementation of initiatives arising from and connected with the University Chairs sponsored by the EIB. Lot 1: The EIB estimates that one consultant working 360 person/days in total for the four sessions of the Summer School, i.e. from end Q1 2022 to end Q1 2026, will be necessary to provide the services. The service provider is expected to be available to work full-time during the four weeks preceding the start of each session of the Summer School and during its entire duration. The Bank will give access to all documentation about the pilot EIB Summer School 2018 and fully fledged 2019 edition, access to Intranet, to the office in EIB Institute premises and office supplies, including photocopy machine and printer, computer with access to the internet, EIB email address.
