The Irish Blood Transfusion Service (IBTS) is undertaking a Preliminary Market Consultation to engage with providers of external grievance, investigation, disciplinary and mediation services. The purpose of this consultation is to inform the market of IBTS’s forthcoming plans, assess the feasibility of proposed service requirements, and gain insight into current best practice approaches and innovations within the sector. Engagement may include supplier information sessions, written questionnaires, or technical dialogue to help refine and validate our specifications. In line with EU procurement principles of transparency, fairness, and non discrimination, this process will not confer any competitive advantage to participating suppliers. The outcome of this consultation will support the development of a well designed tender that reflects realistic market capabilities, ensures robust and impartial investigative processes, and delivers optimal value for money for the organisation.
