The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to give the Contracting Authorities, a route to employ Suppliers who are specialist contractors to carry out repair, maintenance and lower value one-off projects. The Contracting Authorities who will utilise this Framework Agreement are Renfrewshire Council, East Renfrewshire Council and Renfrewshire Leisure Limited. Lot 5: Painting and Decorating Contractors To carry out all works defined as painter/decorator works. Lot 1: Electrical Contractors To carry out all works defined as electrical works. Lot 2: Joiner Contractors To carry out all works defined as joiner works. Lot 3: Plumbing Contractors To carry out all works defined as plumber works Lot 4: Plastering and Ceramic Tiling Contractors To carry out all works defined as plasterer work and tiling work Lot 6: Glazing Contractors To carry out all works defined as glazier work Lot 7: Tile and Slate Roofing Contractors To carry out all works defined as slate and tile roofing works Lot 8: Flat Roofing Contractors To carry out all works defined as flat roofing works. Examples of flat roofing works would be repair and maintenance of Built Up Felt Roofing systems or liquid applied roofing systems. Lot 9: Blacksmiths and Metal Fencing Contractors To carry out all works defined as blacksmiths works. Examples of blacksmiths work would be manufacture and installation of external metal handrails, repairs or replacement of metal gates and fencing. Lot 11: Heating Engineers To carry out all works defined as heating engineers works. Lot 10: Suspended Ceiling Contractors To carry out all works defined as suspended ceiling works. Lot 12: General Builders To carry out all works defined as builders works. Examples of builder works would be brickwork, roughcasting, rendering, concrete work etc. This Lot would also include for the provision of labourers/drivers. Lot 13: Multi Trades Contractors To carry out all works defined as multi trades works. Suppliers awarded onto Lot 13 would require to be able to provide all the trades from Lots 1 to 12 to be deployed on a single Work Package as required. Where a multi trades Work Package is awarded the Supplier will be required to supervise and coordinate all the trades under their control to ensure the efficient completion of the Work Package.
