Description
Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council (LCCC) currently has the requirement for the provision of Inspection, Cleaning and Maintenance of Lightning Protection Systems (LPSs) and Steel Chimneys across Lisburn and Castlereagh City Councils portfolio of properties. This will include large leisure facilities and administrative centres. The Inspection, Cleaning and Maintenance of LPSs and Steel Chimneys is to include the provision, implementation or creation of 5 Key Elements - Planned Preventive Maintenance, Remedial and Reactive Maintenance, Software and Support, Asset Survey and Drawings.
