(BUR-60) Burfell Hydropower station - Engineering Consultancy Services

Description

The objective and scope of the contract: The competition concerns delivery of fleet management, fleet management system and leasing of vehicles with an option to purchase vehicles. The contracting authority has a unilateral right to use the leasing company’s fuel agreement. See point 1.1.1 for a description of the participants in the procurement. The procurement is estimated to be over the EEA threshold value. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The volume will be dependent on amongst other things, the contracting authority's requirements, activities, budget and other framework factors. Lot 1: In the year 2016, Landsvirkjun invited Tenders for design, design review and consultancy services for the Búrfell Extension HEP, according to Tender Documents No. 20188. Landsvirkjun, an independent legal entity owned by the Icelandic State built an extension to its hydropower plant in Búrfell, south-east of Iceland. Verkís hf. consulting engineers company in Iceland was awarded the contract.
